Rajshree Kothari

Rajshree Kothari is a seasoned professional in chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Since January 2008, Rajshree has been serving as a Senior CMP Engineer at Cabot Microelectronics. Prior to this role, Rajshree worked at Micron Technology from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities included CMP Development Engineer, Metrology Coordinator, Pilot Line Process Engineer, and Chemist. Rajshree holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Clarkson University, obtained in 1998.
