Thomas Kelly (he/him/his) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas began their career in 1990 as a Manufacturing Manager at Rohm and Haas. After that, they held various roles at Cabot Microelectronics, including Director of Global Supply Assurance and Global Business Director. In 2008, they joined Chemtura as Vice President of Products and later served as Vice President of New Business Development, M&A, and PMO. From 2012 to 2016, Thomas worked at Celanese as Director of Raw Materials. In 2016, they returned to Cabot Microelectronics as Vice President of Corporate Development and later became Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. In 2019, Thomas shifted to Celanese again, this time serving as Senior Vice President, Engineered Materials. Additionally, they also held a position on the Board of Directors at Vertellus from 2019 to 2020.

Thomas Kelly (he/him/his) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 1988 to 1990. Later, Thomas pursued another Master's degree, this time in Business Administration, from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, attending from 1990 to 1993.
