G. Keith Funston

Keith is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the US as well as other strategic initiatives. Before joining Cabot, he cofounded Tunbridge Partners, an investment company partnership with Hodes Weill & Associates focused on acquiring GP stakes in real estate investment management companies. Before that, he was a Principal with Hodes Weill & Associates representing real estate investment managers on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Before Hodes Weill, Keith focused on acquisitions, asset management and leasing at Shore Assets and Grubb & Ellis in New York. Keith earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MS in real estate finance from New York University.
