Kelly J. Stevens Curley

Kelly’s 24 years of experience enhance all areas of asset and portfolio management for Cabot’s Funds and separate account clients as well as property management. She has participated in managing and overseeing assets in many of Cabot’s US industrial markets. She is committed to building long-term partnerships and upholding Cabot’s long-held philosophy of putting tenants first. Kelly is responsible for establishing a tenant relationship which became one of Cabot’s largest tenants while negotiating the 5th largest bulk industrial transaction in North America. This tenant continues to expand and represents Cabot’s largest footprint across all Funds, current and historical. Kelly holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in History from Bridgewater State University.
