Art Wood

Art Wood has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cabot Corporation since April 2017. Previously, Art held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2008 to March 2017, and served as HR Director at Progress Software between August 2005 and January 2008. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Sun Microsystems and Manager of Human Resources at Superconducting Core Technologies. Art Wood possesses a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Denver.
