Dustin Smith

Dustin Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty since November 2023, Smith previously held the same title at NFP from April 2019 to July 2023, JLT Specialty USA from January 2016 to April 2019, and Marsh & McLennan Companies from December 2013 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, Smith worked as Vice President and Account Executive at Aon Risk Solutions from May 2004 to November 2013. Smith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
