Thijs Rieff

Thijs Rieff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance & Non-Financial Risk Officer at CACEIS since September 2019, Thijs previously held roles as a Risk Officer at ING, where responsibilities included addressing risk issues within the GS department, and as an Information Analyst focused on SAP HR system management. Thijs began career as a Business Analyst at Metro Cash and Carry and as an SAP HR/BW consultant with Shell. In earlier roles, Thijs managed projects for the social science faculty at Universiteit Utrecht. Thijs holds a CISM certification in Information Security from ISACA and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen, alongside various educational credentials in project management and HR systems.
