Heather Carey

Heather Carey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal development and management. Since December 2004, Heather has served in various leadership roles at CACI International Inc, progressing from Senior Proposal Development Manager to Executive Director. Prior to this, Heather was a Proposal Manager at CGI-AMS and Cable & Wireless, where responsibilities included managing proposals and client accounts. In earlier positions, Heather held roles focused on customer retention and marketing analysis. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University, received in 1999.
