Neil Morgan, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, primarily focusing on asset management solutions within the aviation sector. Currently serving as a Maximo for Aviation Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Trainer, and Documentation Specialist at CACI International Inc, Neil played a key role in implementing the Maximo for Aviation application for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Air and Marine Operations. Prior to this position, Neil was a Project Manager at Unisys for 17 years, where significant contributions were made to the implementation and expansion of IBM’s Maximo application across various sectors of the agency, enhancing asset tracking capabilities substantially. Neil's professional journey includes roles in consulting, research, and financial services, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and German from Dickinson College.
