Shannon Buffaloe

Shannon Buffaloe is an experienced Background Investigator at CACI International Inc since April 2018, responsible for conducting in-depth interviews and compiling detailed reports related to investigations. Prior to this role, Shannon served as a Contractor/Instructor at FSCX from May 2013 to April 2018, specializing in SERE level C & B instruction for service members. Shannon's military background includes serving in the US Army from January 2007 to April 2013, where responsibilities included Senior Program Manager, Senior Communications Manager, and Senior Operations Manager, overseeing training and deployment of personnel, communication operations and network security, and strategic optimization of operations. Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University, and an Associate's degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
