Debbie Millard

Debbie Millard has extensive experience in geographical information systems and business consultancy, currently serving as the InSite Engagement Manager and Business Analyst at CACI since June 1998. In this role, Debbie delivers consultancy on location planning, customer insights, and marketing solutions across various sectors, while also leading training initiatives and providing support for InSite software. Previously, Debbie held positions such as GIS Training Manager at Geoplan and Cartographer at Kingston University, also serving as a Senior Exploration Cartographer at Sunoco and Senior Cartographer at Welldrill Ltd. Debbie earned a BSc in Geographical Information Systems with a 2.1 classification from Kingston University between 1992 and 1997.
