Matt Gibson

Matt Gibson is currently the Associate Director of Experience Design at CACI Ltd since November 2023. Prior to this role, Gibson served for over 16 years at CACI Digital Experience, formerly known as Cyber-Duck, where multiple leadership positions included Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Production Officer. During this time, Cyber-Duck flourished as a prominent digital agency collaborating with notable clients such as Cancer Research Technology, The European Commission, and Arsenal FC. Earlier career experiences include roles as Director of Production and Head of Production & Online Marketing at the University of East London, as well as freelance web production work. Gibson holds a BA (HONS) in Interactive Media Design from the University of East London and a Bachelor’s Degree from Loughborough University in Researching Communications, complemented by additional credentials from The Market Research Society.
