Susan McKay

Susan McKay is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, health coaching, executive recruitment, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CACI Ltd since August 2022, Susan focuses on engaging customers through digital transformation projects. Additionally, as an Online Health and Wellness Coach for Happy, Healthy, Confident since May 2019, Susan supports busy women in prioritizing their well-being. Previous roles include Executive Recruitment Consultant at Ice Recruitment Limited, Assistant Head Junior School at St Mary's School, and various teaching positions.
