Serap Ozcan

Serap Ozcan, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Quality and Food Safety at Cacique Foods, LLC. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Savencia Cheese USA and Director of Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment at Groupe SAVENCIA. Serap has also held positions as Director of Food Safety and Quality at Winter Gardens Quality Foods, Inc., and Director of Food Safety/QA, as well as Product Development/Production Manager at Nema Food Distribution, Inc. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Strategy and Leadership from HEC Paris and Quantic School of Business and Technology, completed in 2023.
