Christine Miranda

Christine Miranda serves as the Associate Vice President of Editorial & Publication Support Services at Cactus Communications, a role held since September 2011. In this capacity, Christine oversees a global team of over 150 full-time employees and 2500 freelancers, focusing on enhancing customer experience, driving revenue, and managing costs within editorial services. Prior positions include Director of Editorial Services and Head of Editorial Services, where Christine led numerous initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With a solid educational background, including a Master of Science in Life Sciences and Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Clinical Research from St. Xavier's College, Christine brings extensive expertise in editorial management and team development. Prior to Cactus Communications, Christine worked as a Product Executive at Kopran Laboratories Limited, promoting medical devices through direct interactions with institutional clients.
