Debolina Roy is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in HR Operations at Cactus Communications since August 2022, following roles as an Associate in HR Operations and as a Consultant in Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Debolina gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Spottabl and as a Talent Acquisition-HR Intern at Codejudge Inc. Additionally, time was spent as a Human Resources Intern at IFORTIS WORLDWIDE™ and as a Hospitality Intern at ITC Hotels. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Hotel Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management and a Higher Secondary degree focused on Humanities from Mahadevi Birla World Academy.
