Aaron Troxell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron served as the Human Resources Director at Cactus Drilling Co starting in 2020. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Tinker Air Force Base, where they held multiple roles. Aaron was the Inspector General from 2009 to 2013, responsible for resolving employee complaints and ensuring compliance with Air Force policies. Aaron also served as the Chief of Safety from 2009 to 2011, successfully reducing injuries by implementing innovative strategies. Before their time at Tinker Air Force Base, Aaron was the Director of Compliance Inspections for Air Force Materiel Command at the Office of the Inspector General from 2006 to 2009. At McConnell Air Force Base, they held the position of Director of Current Operations and KC-135R Instructor Pilot from 2002 to 2005, overseeing flight support, managing the flying program, and coordinating contingency flights.
Aaron Troxell has an extensive education history that includes multiple degrees in various fields of study. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy, graduating between the years 1987 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Applied Statistics from Wright State University, attending between the years 1993 and 1995. Later, they furthered their education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Operations Analysis from 2005 to 2006.
In addition to their academic achievements, Aaron Troxell also obtained a certification as a Level I Machinery Lubricant Analyst (MLA I) from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in January 2015.
