Renan Marafigo

Renan Marafigo currently serves as CRM Director and Associate Partner at Cadastra since November 2021, after holding various CRM Manager roles within the same company. Prior experience includes significant positions at Sicredi from September 2012 to November 2021, where Renan progressed from Intern to Coordinator of CRM, as well as roles in business planning and analytics. Other earlier experiences include project deployment at NeoGrid and various internships in the field. Renan holds an MBA in Technology for Business with a focus on AI, Data Science, and Big Data from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and additional qualifications in Applied Neuroscience and Customer Experience from ESPM, as well as an MBA in Project Management from FGV. Language skills were enhanced through studies at Kaplan Vancouver.
