Melody was responsible for managing the general business operations and providing HR functions for an IT consulting firm with two branch offices. Melody handled various HR tasks such as new hire reporting, garnishments, employment verifications, candidate interviewing, performance evaluations, and leave administration. Melody also managed the entire employee onboarding and offboarding process.

Melody's work experience also includes roles at InfoSpace, Inc. as a Web Developer from 2001 to 2003, TripHub.com as a Web Developer/Network Administrator from 1998 to 2000, Bank of America as a Customer Service Representative from 1997 to 1999, and Nordstrom as a Sales Associate from 1989 to 1997.

Melody Albright attended the University of Washington from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2002, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft. Melody is currently in the process of obtaining a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
