Don Sinclair

Don Sinclair has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Don started their career in 1988 as a Vice President and gradually progressed through various positions at Regions Bank. Don served as a Commercial Relationship Manager, Area Credit Officer, Senior Credit Officer, and Regional Credit Process Manager & Senior Credit Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for commercial credit approval, portfolio management, problem asset management, and overseeing underwriting teams. Don's expertise spans across different industry verticals such as healthcare, energy, natural resources, restaurant, transportation, technology, defense, and financial services. Don also established and managed a portfolio monitoring group called Shared Services and recruited and hired managers and analysts. In 2018, they joined Cadence Bank as an Executive Vice President and currently holds the position of Senior Specialized Industries Credit Risk Officer. Don'sresponsibilities include commercial credit approval, managing the Specialized Industries underwriting team, and overseeing portfolio management processes. Don has notable individual credit approval authority of up to $20,000,000.

Don Sinclair's education history includes a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Additionally, they have pursued further education at the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
