Doug Como

Doug Como has extensive experience in the banking industry. Doug currently serves as the Lake Charles Market President at Cadence Bank since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Merchants and Farmers Bank for over 12 years, holding the position of Vice President Commercial Lending from July 2009 to May 2022. Before that, Doug worked at Cameron State Bank, where they served as a Commercial Lender & Indirect Auto Lending from January 2005 to July 2009, and as a Branch Manager from May 2004 to January 2005. Doug also gained valuable experience at Hibernia National Bank, where they worked as a Branch Manager from August 1999 to May 2004, and as a Treasury Management Specialist from August 1996 to August 1999. Doug started their career at Calcasieu Marine National Bank, where they served as an Officer Trainee from May 1995 to August 1996, and as a Paying & Receiving Teller from July 1991 to May 1995.

Doug Como earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from McNeese State University in 1995.
