Tina Nwaiwu

Tina Nwaiwu began their work experience in 2007 as an IT/Market Research Officer at Springboard Trust & Investments Ltd, where they analyzed stocks and advised clients on investment opportunities. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at OUTCESS SOLUTIONS NIGERIA LIMITED as a Team Lead, Sales and Project Management, managing software deployment projects for multinational financial organizations. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Head of Telesales at RenMoney MFB Ltd, overseeing a digital sales channel and implementing strategic sales processes. In 2020, they joined CREDIT DIRECT LIMITED as the Head of Digital Sales, driving digital transformation and achieving sales targets through digital channels. In 2022, they became the Head of Sales at FairMoney and later transitioned to the role of Director of Sales at United Capital Plc.

Tina Nwaiwu has a diverse education history with a focus on business and technology. Tina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. In 2016, Tina completed a Short Executive Master Programme in Strategic Business Management at the Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK). Tina further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Business Management from the University of South Wales, which Tina attended from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, in 2021, Tina received a certification in Digital Innovation for Finance (CertDIF) from ACCA.
