Julia Banks

Julia Banks is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk analysis and quantitative modeling. Currently holding the position of Vice President and Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Cadence Bank since March 2017, Julia has progressed through various roles, including Assistant Vice President and Credit Risk Analyst. Prior to Cadence Bank, Julia worked as a Coding Analyst at Motion Industries for a brief period. Julia began their career at Birmingham-Southern College, where responsibilities included serving as Honor Council Secretary and Mathematics Tutor, as well as a Research Assistant Intern. In this role, Julia contributed to a project focused on urban environmental studies, collaborating with local organizations and analyzing data for green space development. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College.
