Randy Ramsey

Randy Ramsey has an extensive career in the banking and financial industry, with over 43 years of experience. Currently serving as the Heart of Texas Division President at Cadence Bank since January 2018, Randy oversees 125 employees across 11 banking locations in Central Texas, managing total footings of $1 billion. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at First State Bank Central Texas from August 2008 to January 2018, where operations included 31 branch locations with $1.3 billion in footings. Additionally, from February 1982 to July 2008, Randy was the Regional President at First National Bank of Temple/Extraco and participated on the Board of Directors, contributing to various committees. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, attendance at The National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, and completion of banking studies at Southern Methodist University. Randy plans to retire on January 3, 2025.
