Viviann Manning has experience working in the mortgage and banking industry since November 2008. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President/Mortgage Underwriter II at Cadence Bank, with previous roles at SMSI as a Frontline Conventional Underwriter and at Nationstar Mortgage and Litton Loan Servicing as a Foreclosure Specialist and Foreclosure Loan Counselor III, respectively. Viviann has extensive knowledge of loan guidelines, mortgage underwriting, foreclosure processes, and providing counseling options to borrowers.
