Melanie Montemurno Luftman

Melanie Montemurno Luftman has had a varied career in Human Resources, beginning in 2006 as a Recruiter at CitiStaffing. In 2010, they joined Ennead Architects as a Human Resources Assistant Manager and Executive Assistant. In 2013, they joined Opening Ceremony as a Human Resources Manager and Director. In 2016, they joined Flywheel Sports as a Human Resources Director and Vice President Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Flatiron School as a Vice President People and Chief People Officer. Finally, in 2022, they joined Cadence as Head of People.
