Vatsala Syed

Vatsala Syed is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics at Wawa, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this role, Vatsala held the position of People Analytics Leader at Campbell Soup Company for two years. Vatsala's extensive background includes serving on the Board of the Baldwin School Parent Association, where multiple elected pro-bono positions were undertaken, notably implementing a successful eCommerce platform. Previous experience also includes leadership roles at NextDocs and E-Tech Solutions, Inc. Vatsala holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
