Spencer Reynolds

Spencer Reynolds, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Data Manager at Cadence since May 2024. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Upside from November 2020 to May 2024, overseeing the StratOps Planning & Analytics team, and earlier positions such as Senior Forensic & Integrity Services Data Analytics Consultant at EY from September 2017 to November 2020. At EY, Spencer developed Tableau dashboards, managed project workflows, and utilized various analytic tools, contributing to substantial efficiency improvements. Internships at organizations including First Miami Student and Alumni Federal Credit Union and Cartesian provided foundational experience in finance, operations, and data analysis. Spencer holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Miami University.
