Tina Jones

Tina Jones is a seasoned global human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Cadence Design Systems since March 2003. In addition, Tina acts as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at Visier Inc. With a strong legal background, Tina has held the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Cadence Design Systems, advising on various employment-related issues and managing litigation. Prior to this, Tina practiced law as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Paul Kelly at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tina holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
