Jake Meer

Jake Meer is a seasoned talent acquisition manager with extensive experience in global sourcing and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Global Sourcing at Dataiku, Jake leads a team focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, competitive strategy, and recruiter enablement. Previously, Jake piloted the Americas Sourcing function and acted as a lead recruiter for the Global Partner Organization. Prior roles include Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Ellucian, where Jake developed impactful recruiter enablement programs and streamlined processes, and Senior Recruiter at CACI International Inc, achieving significant hiring targets. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Marketing, Jake combines a strategic approach with a passion for fostering organizational growth through effective talent acquisition.
