Andrew F.

Andrew F. has a strong background with over 20 years of work experience. Andrew started their career as a Process Manager in Human Resources at BellSouth in 1999. Later, they worked as a Workforce Specialist in Wholesale Operations at the same company from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, Andrew joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant in Finance and Operations until 2009. Andrew then moved on to FedEx Office in 2010, where they served as a Senior Industrial Engineer in Operations Engineering and Labor Planning for a year before being promoted to Principal Industrial Engineer, a role they held until 2016. Andrew then worked as an Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at The Venetian® I The Palazzo® Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Workforce Management at Cadence Education since 2018.

Andrew F. earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999. Andrew then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution, completing it in 2001. In 2005, Andrew obtained an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Andrew currently holds certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and had previously obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
