Courtney May

Courtney May, M.Ed, serves as the Regional Director at Cadence Education since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in early childhood education leadership. Previously, Courtney held the position of Executive Director at The Suzuki School from May 2014 to October 2024, where key accomplishments included managing three campuses, implementing a Montessori certification process, overseeing a $15M budget, and fostering a positive work environment for over 240 staff. Courtney's earlier roles include Director of Programs at Frazer Center and Early Care and Education Specialist at Quality Care for Children, where leadership in child development programs and training initiatives was pivotal. Education credentials include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Georgia.
