Heather Holland, AIS, CISR, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Cadence Insurance since October 2020, Heather has also held the same position at BXS Insurance from October 2020 to November 2022. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as a Customer Service Representative at PAUL'S INSURANCE SERVICES, L.L.C from February 2010 to October 2020 and at USI Insurance Services from January 2003 to January 2010.
