Rachael Yates is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Development and Impact at Cadence Partners since November 2022. Previously, Rachael held the position of Programme Manager for Antimicrobial Resistance at the Department of Health and Social Care from May 2019 to January 2020, following a role as Policy Manager for Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response at the same department from September 2017 to May 2019. Rachael's tenure at Cadence Partners includes a prior role as Business Support Manager from May 2015 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Rachael worked at London Ambulance Service as Clinical Tutor and Governance Lead from November 2010 to January 2015, and as Clinical Team Leader from October 2007 to November 2009. Rachael's educational background includes an MSc in Medical Anthropology from Brunel University of London, a PGCE in Teaching and Learning from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BSc in Anthropology from the University of East London.
