Robin Kraemer, SPHR

Robin Kraemer, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. They currently hold the position of SVP Human Resources & Operations Officer at Cadence Rx since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant at their own company, RR Kraemer HR Consulting, LLC, starting from June 2019. They also served as an HR Advisor at Affordit® from October 2019 to May 2022.

Before their consulting work, Robin held the role of Senior Director Human Resources at myMatrixx, An Express Scripts Company from May 2014 to April 2019. They also worked at Citi as a Senior Vice President Global Human Resources from February 2007 to May 2014. Robin's work history also includes a long tenure at Progressive Insurance, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and HR Consultant IV from March 1987 to January 2007.

Robin Kraemer, SPHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida. In addition, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Robin also holds a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from the MBTI Business Training Institute. Furthermore, they have achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
