Natalia Vélez, ISTQB®️

Natalia Vélez is an ISTQB®️ Certified Software Tester with extensive experience in quality assurance, software testing, UI front-end SME, critical test case writing, and training. Natalia has worked in the computer software industry since 2021 as an ISTQB Certified Software Tester - Quality Assurance Lead at Cadence - The Event Experience Platform. Prior to this, they were an ISTQB Certified Software Tester, Quality Assurance Analyst at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, formerly known as Scivantage from 2017 to 2021. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Cost Basis Legislation Operations Analyst at E*TRADE Financial Corporation. From 2010 to 2015, Natalia was a Residential Rental Property Owner/Manager at Velez Rentals. Natalia also held an Open Agent role - Seeking New Tax Operation Opportunity from 2015 to 2017 and a Sr. Associate Tax Documentation (FATCA) role at Michael Page International from 2011 to 2015. From 2000 to 2011, Natalia was a Sr. Associate in the Statement Support Department in Client Reporting (Operations Division) and a Sr. Associate Team Leader in the Pricing Department in Product Reference Data Group (Operations Division) at UBS Financial Services Inc. Natalia was also an Associate in the PMIS (Cost Basis) Department in Client Reporting (Operations Division) from 2000 to 2011. From 1999 to 2000, Natalia was an Editorial Assistant in the Reorg/Operations Services Department at Financial Information Inc. and a Co-founder/Owner at La Trattoria Restaurant. Natalia began their career in 1997 as an Office Manager for Dr. Steven Goldstein.

Natalia Vélez, ISTQB®️ obtained their Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from New Jersey City University between 1993 and 1999. Before that, they obtained their Academic High School Diploma from Hoboken High School between 1989 and 1993. In addition, they obtained their CTFL certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in June 2019 and their New Jersey Real Estate License from Adler Toro and Associates School of Real Estate in January 2021.
