Cate Caruso

Cate Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cate began their career at Intermec Technologies as a Senior Account Executive from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they embarked on a five-year adventure as a sailboat skipper, traveling and exploring various countries in Central America and the Caribbean.

In 2001, Cate joined WJCT Public Broadcasting as a Corporate Marketing Representative, serving until 2003. Cate then transitioned to Workplace Resource, where they worked as an Account Development Manager from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, Cate joined ITEL, Incorporated as the Director of Product Information for a year.

Their career then took a shift into the travel industry. In 2013, they became a Member of Virtuoso, an elite group of travel professionals entrusted with managing clients' valuable assets. Simultaneously, Cate joined Lake Shore Travel as a Travel Advisor until 2015. Cate then became an Independent Business Affiliate - Luxury Travel at Cadence Travel Management from 2015 until now.

Most recently, Cate established their own travel agency, True Places Travels, where they serve as the Owner and Principal Travel Designer starting in 2016. Additionally, from 2009 to 2013, they volunteered as the Membership Chair for the Friends of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, showcasing their dedication to community involvement.
