Lori Harrison Garber

Lori Harrison Garber has extensive work experience in the hospitality and sales industry. Lori is currently a Sourcing Specialist at CADENCE, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at The Leading Hotels of the World, including Director of Group Sales and Senior Group Sales Manager from 2015 to 2020. Lori also worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Shore Hotel & Ocean View Hotel from 2011 to 2015, and as a Sales Manager at Shore Hotel from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they worked at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in roles such as Group Sales Manager, Executive Meeting Manager, and Sales Coordinator from 2008 to 2011. Lori also has experience as a Greek Advisor and Greek Intern at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and as a Catering Assistant at Simply Marvelous BBQ and Catering. Lori started their career as a Restaurant & Golf Course Server/Bartender at Sandpiper Golf Club in 2007.

Lori Harrison Garber obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara between 2004 and 2008. In 2020 and 2021, they pursued studies in Interior Design & Real Estate at UCLA Extension, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In September 2022, they obtained the Cvent Venue Sourcing Certification from Cvent.
