Marni Krakauer

Marni Krakauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marni currently holds the position of VP, People - Head of Talent and Operations at Cadent, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and DEI at Cadent from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, Marni was a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Cadent, and from 2018 to 2020, they were a Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company.

In addition to their work at Cadent, Marni is also a member of Chief, a private network aiming to empower women executives. Marni joined Chief in 2023.

Before joining Cadent and Chief, Marni worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Omnicom Health Group from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they held various Talent Acquisition roles at NBCUniversal, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. Marni also has experience working at Citi as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator from 2011 to 2014. Marni began their career as a Special Education Teacher at P.S. 38, Roberto Clemente in 2010.

Earlier in their career, Marni gained experience at Cline Davis & Mann, where they worked as a Traffic Coordinator and later as a Team Support Manager from 2008 to 2010.

Marni Krakauer holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development from Binghamton University. Additionally, they have attained the certification of Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence from LinkedIn in 2021, and they are a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter since April 2014. Marni also holds the certification of AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies) Certified Internet Recruiter, obtained in 2014.
