Riki-Lee Ritz

Riki-Lee Ritz currently serves as Vice President of Global Enterprise Growth and Customer Experience at Cadex, a role initiated after the company's acquisition by a private-equity firm in June 2024. Riki-Lee previously held multiple leadership positions at ABC-Amega from July 2010 to June 2024, including Vice President of International - Business Development & Operations, where a strategic role was created to drive international expansion. Riki-Lee also led high-performing teams as Director of Sales and Client Services and Director of Global Customer Care, focusing on client satisfaction and retention. Early experiences included managing international operations and quality assurance, mentoring multilingual agents, and cultivating relationships with key clients. Riki-Lee holds a B.A. in French and International Relations from the University at Buffalo and participated in a study abroad program at La Rochelle Université.
