Massimo Stefanello has a rich and varied work experience. Massimo is currently the CEO of Cadicagroup SpA since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Marcolin as the Chief Operating Officer from January 2013 to November 2020, where they were responsible for finance and the entire operations cycle. Massimo also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Benetton Group Japan KK from 1995 to 1997 and worked as a Financial Controller at Benetton Group from 1991 to 1995.
Stefanello began their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture from 1987 to 1990. Overall, they bring extensive experience in leadership, finance, operations, and strategic planning to their current role as the CEO of Cadicagroup SpA.
Massimo Stefanello completed their Msc in Business Administration from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 1981 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico "G.Berto" Mogliano Veneto from 1975 to 1980. Massimo also obtained a Diploma di Sommelier from Associazione Italiana Sommelier in the year 2012.
