Nitin Rathi

Nitin Rathi has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Nitin started their career at Rights Reality as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in creating test scenarios, conducting functional and regression testing, and ensuring web security. Nitin then joined Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst, where they interacted with clients, created and executed test cases, and wrote Selenium scripts. At Birlasoft, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Non-Functional Testing Lead, gathering requirements directly from clients in an Agile model. Nitin then moved to Kronos Incorporated as a Lead QA Engineer, responsible for managing and training a team, as well as assigning Jira tasks. Currently, Nitin is working at Cadient Talent as a Project Manager, handling fast-paced projects and timelines, ensuring operational excellence and customer experience in an Agile model. Nitin manages all project phases, from planning to execution, monitoring, control, quality initiation, and lifecycle. Nitin plans project blueprints, defines scope, allocates resources, sets deadlines, lays out communication strategies, and indicates tests and maintenance.

Nitin Rathi pursued their education at Delhi Technological University (formerly known as DCE) from 2017 to 2019. Nitin completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology and Marketing. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Nitin attended IIMT Group of Colleges and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Nitin also holds various certifications. In June 2011, they obtained the OCJP certification from Oracle. More recently, in August 2022, Nitin received certifications from the Project Management Institute, including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. Nitin also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2022.
