Katelyn Swayne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katelyn is currently working at Cadmium as a Product Owner, where they collaborate with internal teams to solve product issues and deliver improved solutions. Katelyn engages with external stakeholders to understand industry needs and works with business analysts to create sprint candidates. Prior to this, Katelyn worked as a Product Specialist at Cadmium, where they identified system-wide issues and implemented solutions based on client feedback.
Before joining Cadmium, Katelyn held various positions at Wellington, starting as a Senior Association Coordinator and later transitioning to an Account Operations Manager. Katelyn also worked as an Office Manager at eos Products.
In their earlier career, Katelyn served as an Agent Marketing Manager and Operations Manager at Triplemint. Katelyn also worked as a Team Lead, Operations Associate at American Corporate Partners (ACP), and as an Administrative Assistant at the Mental Health Association in New Jersey. Katelyn gained valuable experience during their time in the US Navy as a Military Extension Internship participant and at the U.S. Air Force as part of the Seymour Johnson AFB Airman and Family Readiness Center.
Katelyn Swayne earned their Bachelor's Degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University from 2007 to 2011. In February 2022, they obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org.
