Chad Thomas

Chad Thomas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and real estate. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cadre since February 2019, Chad previously held various leadership roles at GEM Realty Capital from September 2008 to January 2019, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Earlier in their career, Chad worked as an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. from July 2006 to July 2008. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Special Attainments in Commerce, specializing in Business Administration, from Washington and Lee University, graduating in 2006.
