Roberto Salas

Roberto Salas is an experienced production and process manager with extensive expertise in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Production Manager and Integration Test Manager at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions since July 2022, Roberto oversees integration activities and testing processes while addressing customer testing requirements. Prior to this role, Roberto worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Tenere Inc., where responsibilities included process route appointment and ISO 9001:2015 certification support. Earlier experiences include roles as Strategic Buyer at Dematic North America, Senior Buyer/SQE at Vitro Automotriz, and Process Engineer at New Process Steel. Roberto began a career in research and development as an R&D Student at LG Electronics. Roberto holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
