Nicole Mas

AVP, Business Development at Caduceus

Nicole Mas-Román began her relationship with Caduceus in 2016 as an Emergency Management Assistant and as a Public Health Analyst during the Puerto Rico Zika virus emergency. Later in 2019, Nicole returned to Caduceus as a Sourcing Assistant and is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Business Development.

Nicole was raised and currently resides in Puerto Rico. She obtained her bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Biology and master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Puerto Rico. Nicole is currently completing her dissertation to obtain her Ph.D. in Health Education and Promotion from Walden University. Nicole is passionate about public health and health promotion as she has conducted research and obtained several certifications related to healthcare. She has professional experience in primary care, behavioral health, and educational settings.
