Caroline Veillette

Caroline Veillette, M.Sc.A has over 19 years of work experience in various roles related to health, safety, and environmental management. Caroline is currently the Global Environment, Climate Change, and Health & Safety Director at CAE since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Global Health & Safety Director at Pratt & Whitney Canada from June 2017 to August 2019. From August 2013 to August 2017, Caroline held the position of HSE General Manager, Atlantic Operations at Rio Tinto, and from August 2011 to August 2013, they were the Executive Director of Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development at the same company.

Before joining Rio Tinto, Caroline worked at Rio Tinto Alcan for several years, serving as the Health, Safety, and Environment Service Manager from 2007 to 2011, as the Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator from June 2002 to September 2007, and as a Work Health and Safety Advisor from June 2000 to June 2002. Overall, their experience demonstrates their expertise in managing health, safety, and environmental aspects in diverse organizations.

Caroline Veillette, M.Sc.A has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. Caroline also holds a Master's degree in Industrial Safety and Hygiene, M.Sc.A from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Health and Safety at Work from the same institution.
