Marc St-Hilaire has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Marc worked at Bombardier Aerospace for 21 years, where they held the position of Aerospace Engineering Director and led a team in the development of the CRJ-1000 regional jet. In 2006, they joined CAE as the Vice-President of Core Engineering and later took on the role of Vice-President of Global Engineering & Technology. Currently, they are the Vice-President of Technology and Innovation at CAE, where they focus on driving innovation and ensuring the company's leadership in modelling and simulation training technologies.
Marc St-Hilaire has a B.Ing in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. Marc then pursued an M.Sc. in Flight Mechanics at Cranfield University from 1985 to 1986. Marc later completed an MBA in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, studying from 1986 to 1991.
