Máté Koch

Máté Koch has been working at CAE since 2008, currently holding the role of Innovation and Technology Lead, International since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Technical Innovation and Products Lead from July 2019 until August 2022. Within CAE, they have also held positions such as group leader starting from April 2012 and software developer team leader from September 2009 to April 2012. Máté began their career at CAE as a junior software developer in April 2008.

Máté Koch has a Master of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from Eötvös Loránd University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2009. Máté also attended Táncsics Mihály Gimnázium from 1997 to 2004, but no degree or field of study was specified. Additionally, Máté Koch has obtained several certifications including the Technology and Innovation Acceleration Program from Emeritus, the Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2018, CAL I from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and CSM certification from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
