Matthew Certosini

Matthew Certosini, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Civil Strategy & Business Intelligence at CAE since November 2021. Previously, Matthew held the position of Director of Engineering at TRU Simulation + Training, overseeing a team of 120 professionals in engineering and research for commercial aircraft simulation products. Additionally, in various roles at Bell Flight from March 2011 to April 2018, Matthew managed strategic customer relationships, led cross-functional teams for product portfolio improvements, and supported aircraft improvement projects. Prior to this, Matthew began a career as a Junior Project Engineer at QED Wire Lines Inc., focusing on production line start-ups and equipment commissioning across multiple countries. Matthew earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from McGill University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2008.
